Considered THE scandal of the art world, it's the true and ongoing story for control of over $25 billion dollars worth of art. Barns stated in his Will that his collection shall never be 'moved' or 'sold', yet powerful political forces are at work to move the Barns. Delve into this scandal called 'The greatest act of cultural vandalism since World War II' and decide for yourself.
