Renowned artist Mel Leipzig will discuss his own work in the exhibition Mel Leipzig: Life on view at the Noyes Museum of Art, Oceanville from Jan 14-May 29, 2011. Particular moments and places are gently enshrined by this nationally known artist. Working on location, never from photos, Leipzig creates large portraits crammed with meticulous environmental detail. Leipzig will work on site weekly on Wednesdays at the Noyes Museum to capture the museum’s interior and staff members.
